Modesta R. “Molly” Brown
Modesta R. “Molly” Brown, age 72, entered into rest on November 1, 2009, in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was born July 18, 1937 in Del Rio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Brown; parents, Gilberto and Herminia Rosas.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Joe R. Valdez, Richard Valadez and wife Kathy, Janet Brown-Cerna, Beverly Brown and husband Michael Perez; brothers, Marcial Perez, Joe Rosas, Frank Rosas; sisters, Estela Salazar, Hortencia Rosas, Guadalupe Aguirre; 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 5, 2009, from 5:00pm-9:00pm, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00pm.
Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, November 6, 2009, 11:00 am, Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Interment will follow to Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
