Zada R. Hasty
GEORGETOWN – Zada Rachel Hasty, of Georgetown and Del Rio, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2009.
A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Sunday, November 1, 2009 at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel, 393 North IH35, Georgetown, Texas.
Zada was born to Barney and Florence VanCleave in Vanderpoole, Texas on August 31, 1919.
Zada was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Juanice Colston.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory daughters, Myrl Barnes and husband Ray of Murchison TX, Nena Marvain and husband Dan of Del Rio ,TX; 9 grandchildren Karen, Bobbie Ruth, Deborah, Sharon, Tamara, Michael and Denise, Glenda, Billy and Candy Jo along with 22 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to The Wesleyan at Scenic Employee Christmas Fund or to The Wesleyan Hospice.
