Lewis David Almond, 87, passed away October 30, 2009 in San Angelo, Texas. He was born January 15, 1922 in Gillham, AK.

He is survived by his wife: Lucrecia Almond of Del Rio, Texas; stepdaughters: Elda Hymas and her husband James of Spartanburg, S.C, Cynthia Hall and her husband Lynn of Del Rio, Texas; sister: Angie Long of DeQueen, AK; grandchildren: John L. Hall and his wife Sheryl of Houston, Texas and Hailey A. Hymas of Myrtal Beach, S.C; and six grandchildren all of Houston, Texas.
